• Messaging Enhancements - Almost every aspect of Trillian is customizable to fit your needs. Chatting all comes down to sending messages to your contacts, and with Trillian, there are many features to make this easier and more productive.
• Message History - Recall all previous things said in a conversation using simple but efficient text-based logging.
• Emoticons and Emotisounds - An unlimited amount of emoticons available (each skin can provide as many as it wishes) to choose from will enhance and liven up any conversation. With Trillian's exclusive emotisounds, you can now have sounds to either wake up your contact or just to make things more interesting.
• Extra Information - Be able to store text information for any contact or group in your list which can be retrieved via the tooltip.
• Explorer Integration - Drag files into your message windows or into the contact list to initiate a transfer. Also, right click any file from within explorer to get a nice listing of your contacts to send to.
• Clean, Painless Installation - Trillian does not automatically insert itself everywhere on your computer to annoy you. During the install, Trillian will ask you if you wish to add icons/registry entries. Further, everything is consolidated into Trillian's directory and not littered in the registry. If you wish to later add icons to your desktop, etc, there are easy ways to do this from within the preferences.
